Match & Coach Program

WestLink supports projects undertaken by the provincial governments and agencies to match skilled individuals to larger research and development projects. Through our members, funding partners and industry, the focus of the program is on the aspects of projects that require technology commercialization and entrepreneurial skills.

On a project-by-project basis, WestLink works to define the commercialization role and scope of duties required and finds “a match” between qualified people and projects. We then provide training and direct coaching to support the professional development of these commercialization officers in research and development or sector-specific projects.
