Flintbox

Flintbox is a global intellectual property exchange providing easy and open access to innovation. By combining direct access to innovation with a network of members and users from over one hundred countries around the world, Flintbox provides a platform for research and industry to connect and build relationships.

Flintbox was founded in 2003 by UBC Research Enterprises (UBC-RE), a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of British Columbia. Now a not-for-profit company, UBC-RE retains majority ownership. In 2007 Flintbox won the Canadian Information Productivity Award for Exceptional Innovation.

WestLink Health Benefits Plan

Extended healthcare benefits are offered to member institutions and small technology companies. This plan is structured to enable companies as small as two employees access to health, dental, prescription drug and extended health benefits.
